How we work: The Foundation provides governance, fundraising, partnerships, safeguarding and reporting. Training delivery is supported by our technical partner, Adept Welding and Training Services.
We turn practical training into real opportunities by combining quality TVET with job pathways and local ownership.
Modern tools, safety culture, competency-based instruction, and assessment for job-ready graduates.
Internships, apprenticeships, mentorship, and placement support through industry partnerships.
Basic entrepreneurship coaching and guidance for graduates who choose to earn through small business or cooperatives.
Akure is well-positioned to serve as a regional hub for skills development in southwestern Nigeria—yet access to modern, well-equipped vocational training remains limited. A permanent centre will expand reach, improve quality, and create long-term impact for youth and local industry.
